My oncologist also recommended and I bought but honestly have not tried. Heading to surgery on 7/2 and have already been on anastrozole 6 mos. And letrozole 6 mos., but that caused tiredness and grumpiness so switched . Guess I’ll be on anastrozole for five more years and a hopefully small round of radiation. Wondering why so many of us now in 70/80’s are developing BC again…I had lumpectomy 25 years ago in right breast and thought I’d done well all these years—until boom, I’m not😪
