In my experience the docs tend to downplay the potential for incontinence. I found the PT critical. I found her on my own and started with her before I had Holep performed. That way, we were aligned post surgery.

@wally920 completely agree with downplay. It’s really unethical that they don’t speak frankly about what are very possible side effects.
