Now I'm saying it outright Medicare definitely does not pay for Trimix, at least they didn't mine. I read it is seldom covered under any insurance. If it continued to be effective it I'd pay for it.
When they reformulated my Trimix the price dropped to $35.00 still outrageous for an erection we should get naturally.

@rlpostrp I purchased my 5ml (500 units) of Trimix from Northern Pharmacy in Baltimore (800-268-4301). It was mixed 2/25/26 and I just got I think my last dose on 6/19/26. Last dose worked fine. I was using about 15 units per injection about 2 times a week.-so like 30 injections. I paid $125, I believe. It was about $90 and $35 to ship (it came in a big insulated box). For me, that works out to about $4.10 an injection. My Dr advised me that insurance generally doesn’t cover and I did not try.

@rlpostrp I seem to remember hearing (back when I started Trimix many years ago) that compounding pharmacies aren't the same as regular pharmacies, and so insurance companies won't cover what they produce.

When I was using Trimix it was $140 for 5cc. So, if in the above example the man is using 35 units he can get about 14-15 injections per vial. That comes to around $10 per dose/injection.
