@wheel1 Thank you. The ECT probably present was where the Linear Length of Margin(s) Involved by Carcinoma: Less than 3 mm (limited) was possibly left behind i believe that is small but i don't know

@cgonsalves This is the KEY question to ask your surgeon: Margin was positive for cancer, so was ANY left behind?
If ‘yes’ or ‘possibly’ It is likely that some form of SRT will be necessary in the future - WHEN? Nobody knows…
PSA tests every 3 months for the first 2 years will be necessary to watch for any possible progression - especially with that high Decipher Test. Best,
