I had breast enlargement after 2 years of ADT and one breast became painful so they sent me to the women's breast center for a mammogram (I went early in morning to avoid crowd) and had it done. Radiologist came out and told me that he only saw fat in the tissue and no sign of anything else. I am hoping it will resolve by itself but liposuction may be something that I will consider.
