I do not know what State you are in. (you don't need to tell me on platform, understand security issues. We moved to Fl. I found a great gastro Dr. Are you able to see a dr? They can run test to rule out all that. I am 60, not sure how old you are. We lose a lot of muscle mass as we age. Prayers for you.

I live in Tx, and I am 66 years of age, will be 67 in September. I am trying to get in contact with the doctor that performed my Colonoscopy. He was very nice and personable, and had a great bedside manner. I have definitely lost most of my muscle mass. Most of my clothes are too big. I was reading up on how to increase your muscle mass and found that creatinine helps. I found some creatinine gummies, but haven’t taken any yet. I was going to ask a doctor if I should take them.
