@haelsky After the lobectomy I had a couple checkups with x-rays, then had another checkup around the 6 month mark. Around the 8 month mark I got a PET scan, though that was more because my genetics test showed a mutation (RAD51C) and risk for breast and ovarian cancer. I had a CT scan at the 1-year mark. The scans had contrast and showed no cancer. I also had a diagnostic mammogram as well as a breast MRI. I'm supposed to follow up with the geneticist as well and have been told I should get a preventive surgery for the ovarian. At this point my surgeon said I don't need a CT scan for another 18 months, though I'll see my oncologist more frequently because of the mutation and other risks.
