BTW - you can get B12 shot and have immediate results ! Here it is rarity that doctors offer it or even know bout it. In Europe it is normal thing to get it and I am sure that "down under" it is no problem to get it too.

My husband was anemic after surgery and he asked his PC to give him B12 shot and got it. It immediately improved blood production and his anemia was resolved. Surgeon though ignored his low results and told him that they are "almost normal" - OMG *eyeroll. BTW - we should always strive to have what is normal FOR US, not what is "almost normal" on a chart !!!! There is difference also between "normal" and "OPTIMAL " !

@surftohealth88 Thanks for that. I wonder why my GP didn't mention B12 shots. I'm no fam of needles, but still.... Oh well. I'll see what happens after the horribly invasive "procedures". But first... back to the urologist in 2 weeks to tell him how much I hate this stupid AUS.
