No surgery but on ADT for a little over a year. Hobby farm with a few critters. It wasn't too bad in the winter when just taking care of critters. Working the grounds too now that everything is growing is a bit of a struggle. It's taking a lot longer. Work when I can, sit when I'm tired. Guess I just have to be grateful I can still do it at all. Blood levels are watched closely and not anemic yet but certainly lower than is normal for me.

My new mantra..."Hang in and muddle through"

Oh...and for B-12, I highly recommend a 2-inch T-Bone. (which is probably why I'm not anemic yet)
