Thanks for that.
No changes in diet, so not sure what's going on.
The doc asked if I get tired and/or losing weight without trying.
Yes to both - but I put it down to being worn out after 2 surgeries in 9 months.
Did you know that the Popeye thing was a mistake in a lab & they got the numbers wrong.
Now I gotta find out what's high in B12. Hope it's something yummy.
At least all treatments down here are free, so there's that...

BTW - you can get B12 shot and have immediate results ! Here it is rarity that doctors offer it or even know bout it. In Europe it is normal thing to get it and I am sure that "down under" it is no problem to get it too.
My husband was anemic after surgery and he asked his PC to give him B12 shot and got it. It immediately improved blood production and his anemia was resolved. Surgeon though ignored his low results and told him that they are "almost normal" - OMG *eyeroll. BTW - we should always strive to have what is normal FOR US, not what is "almost normal" on a chart !!!! There is difference also between "normal" and "OPTIMAL " !
