@hk3jnic5y0okl2 thank you for you information. Pain that doesn’t show gets very little understanding. Especially back pain. How many times have you been told that you “look fine?”” Have a great time with your travels.

I so agree.
I have had pain on the bottom of my feet for decades.
Back pain for decades.
It’s just part of my life.
There are multiple problems with my spine but not bad enough for intervention.
I cannot stand still for very long before the pain gets much worse…. like waiting in a grocery line.
After being in bed all night I am quite stiff and sore.
It takes some time for that to abate.
I have to be careful the way I sit etc.
I can manage my daily cleaning, cooking, laundry etc but it would be wonderful to have a pain free day.
Walking seems to help. Being stationary makes things worse.
But low level pain is my companion.
I am grateful though that I can still carry on.
