It is your decision, and everyone should respect that. I would try it. I'm sure they will closely monitor your blood flow during the surgery with electrocardiogram and blood pressure monitoring.

@royce I have no doubt they will closely monitor accordingly, that is their job. But things happen that are sometimes beyond their control. Like a plaque dislodgment or stroke. I just don't like the odds, considering my arteries are so bad. My doctor told me at my pre-op that I need to get in ASAP for a heart scan to see how bad that blockage is around my heart if it's that bad in my legs.
