Perhaps a referral or direct appointment with a Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic Centre close(r) to where you live might be able to solve your problem …? Both have locations across the States. Also, someone on another thread here has mentioned a clinic where you can get online consults with doctors and specialists:

I have seen a Specialist for my short bowel syndrome once in Seattle Washington. My family doesn't think that I need to see a specialist.

My abdominal pain seems to be getting worse & the constipation that
results from the Tramadol so I am thinking of driving up to the
Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I am out of ideas here. Been to a uroligist
& a GI doctor but they can't find the problem.
I agree that one needs a specialist...what else is there??
