While everyone has given you good advice I may have something to add. If you live anywhere remotely near Louisville, I would suggest contacting Norton Healthcare. You’d be surprised how many people use their facilities who are out-of-state, including Indiana . They are a tremendous resource. I moved from MD to KY solely because of their reputation as a comprehensive healthcare provider. Was never sorry. Just an idea. Best wishes.
