I finished my 12 months of Evenity June 1, 2026 with no problems. Prior to my decision to begin Evenity for my Osteoporosis, I was concerned by the “black box warning” for Heart/Stroke episodes and spoke to many physicians for their opinions, due to my abnormal EKG’s. I never had a heart issue while on Evenity.

In the long-run I went ahead with the year of Evenity injections - for me the better choice of drugs available to build strong bone and hopefully prevent fractures. Everyone needs to make this decision after careful thought and many consultations.
