@skdooley1 Wow, I was on Tymlos daily and the side effect Wake Baptist was most concerned was bone cancer. There was no mention of cardiac risk. However, I was told that if I didn't take Tymlos daily, my bones were so thin, the osteoporotic model demonstrating bone loss showed better bones than I had. It would only take one fall and that scared me. To cover all bases, I would definitely ask about the strength of steroid epidural and then check with the doctor treating you for osteoporosis.

@curlylocks7 Yes I don't want to scare you, but take that fall risk to heart. My Girlfriend (59) had no idea she had Osteoporosis. She bent down to pick something up, She takes meds that can make someone dizzy. She got dizzy and fell onto the tile floor. She broke the L5 vertebra, got kyphoplasty, and now has nerve pain that won't go away after many treatments such as SI injections, Epidurals, and Spinal Cord Stimulation. All because of a fall, and osteoporosis. It's been 2 1/2 years. Had we known we would have had her wrapped in bubble wrap. What I'm saying is please learn how to fall proof your house. I hope you never fall.
