I agree with Beejenigma!!
The Oxygenics has a setting where water flows through without becoming aerosolized. It’s the aerosolization that can get deep into your lungs. (Another solution is simply to take off the showerhead and let the water pour out.)
The Oxygenics does not need any expensive replaceable filters. The unit is under $40 at Target and Target online.
I’ve been using mine for years and love it!

@mimimary I have searching endlessly for a good shower head. I read that Showerclear allows you to open it so you can dry it after use. An AI search about Oxygenics said this: Oxygenics: Uses an internal engine to violently force air into the stream. This "Venturi aeration" deliberately creates a fine, misty cloud of microscopic droplets that carries NTM bacteria straight into your lungs.
