That sounds like me. The exact same results from the holter monitor as you. My heart rate is also low and the doctors tell me its not low and its fine. When you look it up it says it should be between 80-120. So the whole thing doesnt make sense to me. I get worried that I may have to have a pacemaker some day but they never tell you what your current problem could progress to and that makes it very frustrating. Lime all those little things that are nothing to worry about, may be something to worry about 2 or 3 years from now so why dont they tell us? It just makes me anxious.

@mdeblaey539 I haven't seen a source claiming one is in brady territory with an HR less than 80. Maybe that was a typo. The official limit is 60. Some cardiologists suggest that it really ought to be 50. In any event, the heavy majority of people with resting HR around 50 are perfectly fine, and if they're in good condition, somewhat fit, even 45 BPM. Even then, it's the symptoms and their functionality that call the shots. No symptoms, good cognitive and reflexive function....they've nothing to worry about.
