Magnesium glycinate is a good pill to take to avoid cramps. Also suggest depending where you live look into CET treatments. What I've seen is mainly offered in north Texas. I had rothby below the knee on the left leg and also in both feet. CET treatment has helped reduce that by 75%.

@dennisntexas Thank you, I started taking the magnesium and it helped! Is massaging my numb feet good to do?

I goggled CET treatment and came up with a clinic in Texas. It sounds promising but not for everyone! I'll look into it to see if there are any clinics that offer it here in Florida. It sounds like it's something new. I've been taking Magnesium Glycinate for many years. It helps me sleep more soundly.
