You should definitely see a urologist right away. That may or may not be cancer, but you need to have it checked. I had a small lump on my testicle and it was a Lydec cell tumor, Something that usually happens to somebody much younger than I am. It was uncertain whether it was malignant.

I have run into a few people that had cancerous tumors related to prostate cancer. In some cases, they were testicular cancer.
