@anglndskys everyone is different. I am 71 yrs old. Mine was L2,L3,L4,L5,S1 + scholioses. By 6 months I was walking w/o a walker. But, always causiously. I'm still uncomfortable most the time but not really in pain. They had me wear a vest that had to be charged. They said it was like a tens unit. Also..they wanted me to do aqua therapy to strengthen my core but, couldn't find one that ins would cover. I hope you are going to physical therapy.
