@bebagar I use algae cow or even algae calcium. I don’t use bicarbonate or calcium citrate because they’re made out of stone and I have a problem with kidney stone so I can’t use that so I use the algae one, but what I do is when I take and give myself my injection, I take the injection, a small pillow calcium, and I take D3 and K2 altogether cause the D3 and K2 is what put your calcium into your bones and not into your blood boron and magnesium .

@vmcgrantham Great idea to take the D3/K2 with the injection. I will have to try the algae cell for my calcium - I currently take Caltrate. Thanks for that info.
