Nothing seems to help the fatigue, although I have better days and not so good days. I'm in my sixties, have a pretty good diet, excersise regularly. For the fibrosis, I recently went to a massage therapiast that specializes in lymphedema and that seems to help a bit. I never stop looking to find a solution for the fatigue, but it does get frustrating.

@tominwpg I read an article suggesting we treat our bodies like a motor. Most motors have a duty cycle, meaning for every moment it runs, it needs a little down time. The article suggested you subtract your age from 100, giving you your duty cycle. I'm at 31%, and as much as I don't like it, I'll admit, the days I can do better are coming less often. I've really come to appreciate my naps. Take care.
