How happy can a birthday be when we get old but you probably don't think I'm old (68)
Sorry to hear you have diabetes. My cousin has diabetes too and whenever he comes to visit I eat what he eats unless he’s having fish then I’ll have chicken.

You're not old at 68, you're just a KID! Old is 85, and that's me. But I'm young at heart and that's what counts. 🙂
