I’m at 15 months out now and feel totally hopeless. Now I wake up in a panic, a lot of anxiety and for the past 3 months my hair is falling out. Clumps!! I’m so scared!! I’m on edge 24/7.
Been working out again and getting back in shape so that’s a plus. Another odd thing is I don’t want to eat. I’m just not hungry. That’s not me. I used to be so happy and now a frightened rabbit. Anyone get these feelings?

@schermie, good for you for getting back to working out. Working out helps improve both physical and mental health. You might consider speaking with a mental health specialist about how you are feeling. You don't have to manage this on your own.

Sometimes people don't know where to get help. I might suggest asking for a consult with an oncology social worker where you had surgery. Here's more information:

Have you considered talking about how you're feeling with a professional?
