@gnana6 I did needling. Muscle and nerve massaging. The laser massage worked also. I find using music therapy from 8:00 pm - 6:00 am at low level 20-30 db helped with recoding my brain also. I wear my headphones during that time or my speakers, volume set 20-30db (whisper level). After two weeks, beginning to hear stereo again and also hearing is improving. My right ear has lost about 50% of its capacity to hear. With the recoding of the brain I find my hearing improving with sounds. Added bonus my friend; I fall asleep every night listening to 60s-70s music. (rock, folk, country. One mistake of music therapy is too increase the volume to cancel out the ringing. Recoding takes time and must be down at the 20-30 db level. Hope this helped friend. Its seems to be working for me past two weeks of improvement.

@glennradliff Thanks for the information. I listen to a low sounding noise machine but have for years. I can sleep but when I wake up it is a different sound everyday. From high pitch alarm sound one day and then the next is crickets like I'm in the woods. Then another day it maybe quiet sounds with little bitty sound of crickets. The high pitch is the worst and nothing helps. Ear plugs do not work. Doesn't drown out the sound in the head. I'm convinced it's in the brain and not the ears. Had a procedure with an ENT called a Lidocaine Profusion. Had 3 days of treatment. Didn't do anything. So it seems we are all on our own. Too many false claims online. Have to really watch it. I did try Echozen after watching a lengthy video. Natural ingredients but after four days had bad gastrointestinal issues. The product contained xylitol. Sweetener really messes up the gastrointestinal system. Not sure if this product work have worked.
