@plgirl When they did the revision felt great. I woke up in less pain because was the right size . Walked up stairs same day. Therapy a lot of the same pain getting your flexion and extension back. But you can do it . Because if it works out they get it right pain be gone you can get as much extension and flexion as your body will let you. For me lasted over a year started losing flexion little by little now few years out I am at maybe 70-75. I have Arthrofibrosis. So it is a struggle everyday. But anyway that is not that case for you . A revision I know it sucks because we know what we have to look forward to lol. But my first experience was actually totally awful I woke up in so much pain I was dreading a revision. But to my surprise revision was the better of the two. You got this one day at a time .

@ezas123 Thanks. How long after the second revision did the arthofibrosis settle in? Any way to prevent it? You are right--this is really awful. Is your leg better now than before the second revision? Is the arthrofibrosis painful, or does it just make your knee stiff? Hope you don't mind all the questions.

@ezas123 it took a year to get the IT band to loosen up. It was painful from after TKR for months.
