It's good you're describing these symptoms in such a clear way. Thanks for doing that.
I can relate to the heaviness sensation. It's a feeling that once described seems to fall into an abyss.

Help is usually pelvic floor therapy. Especially if you're female. Guess what readers, it's not always helpful at all. In fact it can exacerbate your symptoms.

One good switch nowadays is that men are also receiving pelvic floor therapies. I'm wondering if they'll benefit from it more than a lot of woman do?

Feel for you. Let's keep seeking help. Appreciate your honesty. It's mostly not an easy subject to explain. Thanks again. Honestly in symptom descriptions needs a lot more attention.

Also different therapies are needed. Any ouches 'down there' affects the entire human. Hang in there.

Hi @ellesea01,
Thanks for your response to my post! It was very much appreciated. Thanks too, for noticing the way that I explained my situation. It is such an embarrassing topic, however if I want to get help for this I have to put it all out there! I know of any other way to explain it. I agree that Pelvic Floor Therapy does not help everyone! It has not helped me and I’m tired of doctors suggesting it! I feel like it’s more of a Colorectal issue than a Vaginal issue. Of course I could be wrong, but I know my body! The pressure started in my rectum and has moved to the vaginal area as well. Hopefully I will get some answers after I see the Colorectal or GI specialists. I also agree with your statement that “any ouches down there affects the entire human”. Thanks again and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your evening.
