@daisy17 I just listened to a podcase with Dr. Sharon Malone (https://www.drsharonmalone.com/) and Dr. Mark Hyman. They both agreed that HRT needs to start early and there is not benefits of taking it for our bones at our age. That set well with me. 🙂

@joyboudreau Did they give any reasons as to why there's no benefit for HRT at our ages (70s)? Thanks.
