So you have been approved for surgery and now the planning becomes real. I will ditto Colleen’s questions about the type of things you are looking for.

Your appointment with Dr. Dey must have been fruitful back when you braved the weather to get to Rochester. I hope this trip proves to have beautiful weather. When will you be heading Mayo Clinic for surgery? What did you think of where you stayed at your last visit?
