My recent MRI showed renal cell 2.9cm also on out side wall. My physician says I should have partial kidney removal and said he worries that ablation doesn't always work. I am concerned that he told me I could wait until
October for surgery because of work and travel. He feels it is slow growing.
The doctor knows more than I do, but my family says take care of this immediately.

@iwitlin33186, I assume the date of October was suggested to accommodate your work and travel schedule. Is that correct? Were you able to discuss your concerns about waiting until October with your urologist?
