Yes, my upper arms were the most affected so I couldn't lay anywhere near flat without them aching so bad I couldn't sleep. I slept in the recliner for 4 months until I was diagnosed and on prednisone.

@54pontiac hello! My PMR is in both elbows and at night it can be very painful. I also have it in my clavicle area….
