I use Spring Valley brand supplement capsules from Walmart.
Supplies: Organic cold pressed coconut oil( solid form)
Tumeric capsules
Ginger Root capsules
Ceylon Cinnamon capsules
Whole Cloves
Black Pepper
You put a 1/2 tsp coconut oil in cup. Then open 2 of each capsules and put contents in cup. Sprinkle a couple of good shakes of black pepper. Add about 8 to 10 whole cloves. Brew your kcup(12 oz.) or pour your brewed coffee over contents. Stir well and add creamer and raw honey if you drink yours sweet. I use flavored creamer in mine but my husband like half-n-half and honey.
I also use mushroom coffee but that's for different benefits and I just started that.
Like I stated in my previous comment it's not an instant fix. But, if you are consistent and do it every day you will have less swelling and a great reduction in pain!!
I noticed a reduction gradually but started noticing a difference in only a few weeks. But complete pain relief in about 8 to 10 weeks. So much so that I was able to go on a much lower dose of pain meds that I have plan on coming off of completely very soon.
One other thing that makes this work faster and better is a big dose of vitamin "G" every morning with your coffee!!
In case you've never heard of vitamin "G" It's gratitude. It's back by science that being grateful even for just one thing a day boosts your immune system, lifts depression, and lowers pain!!
Be Blessed and enjoy your liquid gold cup of coffee.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

@wendysueklein Spring Valley, Walmart's private-label vitamin brand, is an affordable and popular option, but it lacks the rigorous independent quality verification of premium brands. While they adhere to baseline FDA manufacturing standards, the brand has historically faced labeling controversies and does not routinely undergo independent third-party testing country of origin must be shown on the bottle. I get the supplements from Walmart. You can get them online as well.
Forgot to mention that!!
