@vickies since the prior posts are from 2018 can you tell me what you use specifically instead of Volteran Gel?

@jenatsky I use Volatran only on hands and maybe top of feet. I don’t think you’re supposed to use V on shoulders. I can’t remember why. I use Lidocaine patches 5% prescription and cream on my knees, shoulders and hips. 8-12 hours of pain relief. These are better than Icy Heat patches. Good luck.

@jenatsky comfy…my friend makes her own. You can also order the salve on line. Some people say it’s better than volteran.
