@lkirnbauer Acupuncture helped me get my taste and smell back. It took 3 years to get it fully back. Had some after a year. Was enough to deal with it. I Still did a routine of smelling strong spices, pure horseradish, garlic and several essential oils.

@gnana6 I’ve done acupuncture and had about 30 sessions which didn’t help. Currently doing scent training 2 x’s a day along with taking a new supplement PEA-LUT 700 mg 2 x’s daily.

@gnana6 I did needling. Muscle and nerve massaging. The laser massage worked also. I find using music therapy from 8:00 pm - 6:00 am at low level 20-30 db helped with recoding my brain also. I wear my headphones during that time or my speakers, volume set 20-30db (whisper level). After two weeks, beginning to hear stereo again and also hearing is improving. My right ear has lost about 50% of its capacity to hear. With the recoding of the brain I find my hearing improving with sounds. Added bonus my friend; I fall asleep every night listening to 60s-70s music. (rock, folk, country. One mistake of music therapy is too increase the volume to cancel out the ringing. Recoding takes time and must be down at the 20-30 db level. Hope this helped friend. Its seems to be working for me past two weeks of improvement.
