I take both also. Was taking Orgovyx in the morning with my 1st dose of Nubeqa. Side effects were pretty bad. So l switched to taking the Orgovyx at bedtime. Not so bad now.

@sww50 what were your side effects my husband is on lupron no issues and nubeqa for 3 months last night he had awful shakes from his head to his toes I think it was a seizure dr took him off it for now since his psa went from 4 to 0.09. I think I will ask him to do a mri of his brain to check.
