An employee recommended Biosil Advanced Collagen Generator. It helps your body make its own collagen. It is manufactured in Belgium, and capsules may be taken in liquid or powder form. The liquid capsules are very tiny. Choline (100mg) is the main ingredient. A 2-sided informational sheet comes with the product. After reading it I contacted the company with a question. I was surprised to get an easy to understand response with a 10 page attachment and linked references, the next day from the customer service manager.
Hair, skin & nails are reported to show changes first. My nails have shown an improvement in strength thus far. Bones take 12 months according to the enclosure.
