Severe neuropathy in feet and less severe in fingers.

Yes Stargate, you are on to it. I am 83.5 and have only just in the last 10
yrs come to understand how nutrition effects our mental and physical
health.
Few seniors get enough vit C and even less B12.
C makes nerves, while B12 wraps them with insulating myelin. Our brains are
packed with myelin. Alcohol , even a little effects it.So I have stopped
drinking it.
My latest concern is SARCOPENIA.

Hi James

Thanks very much for the information! I looked up the word SARCOPENIA and found it extremely helpful. A lot of the symptoms relate to me! I’m definitely going to research this and see what I can find out!
