I did finely decide to weigh an overnight depends for the last couple nights. I just use bathroom scales, they weigh nothing when put on, weighed .2 pounds this morning. That comes to 3.2 oz by my math. I had got up 4 times with strong urge and had a good strong pee each time. Must just leak through the night to get that 3.2 oz. I go to bed around midnight and get up around 8:30 -9:00. Also don't drink anything after 7 or 7:30 PM. Don't know where it all comes from, but good strong stream. The prior night they weighed .4 pounds in the morning.
Wish I could get that urge and pee like that during the day. During the day it's just dripping and stress incontinence. If I been sitting visiting for an hour or so or laying on couch watching TV I might have slight urge and a small stream. But not when moving around.

I do about 20 kegels and hold each 1 for 10 seconds, relax and do another one for 10 seconds. Then do about 100 that I just hold 1 second each.
