@nabulldog I had same surgery 7 weeks ago and experiencing the same shooting pain esp toward the end of emptying.

@rob113 yes, it took maybe a couple more weeks before I noticed the feaquency decreasing. The only issue I have is retrograde ejaculation, which was expected. Small amounts of s
Semen comes out of the end Maybe 25% of the time .
