@lkirnbauer My I sugest, do it in a comfortable environment. Include soft music in a headphone set. true to get 6-8b hrs sleep each night. a good sleep is paramount to any success as it reduces stress and rgeneratts the brain. It takes time to re-cede the brain to relieve stresses which are not obvious. Find a room which is quiet, and keep away from bright lights. It's amazing the thoudanss of inputs in our field of vision/brain calculates every few seconds when eyes are open. This works for me friend. Have a great nights sleep friend.

@lkirnbauer Sincerely wish you all best of luck
There is definitely hope
This was a normal GP family doctor, i live outside of USA
I complained about loss of smell and he said he tried this as offline label use with a patient and eventually worked
So i was happy to try
It gave me bad headaches and side effects in begining but i said keep tryinh till end
Only at end of 30 days i started to see real difference
My advice do also gene test to see if you have mtfhr gene defect, it attribute to low votamin B and nerve healing may be impaired also
