Yes.
Our nerves are made with assistance of vitamin C.
Then they get coated with insulating myelin we call vitamin B12. I am guessing u take little if any vitamin C and no B12. Alcohol negates them both. Over to you.

Yeah you’re right that I don’t really take vitamin C and the doctor actually was concerned about the B12 but after being tested it seemed I’m not that low on B12. Alcohol is hardly an issue actually since me and my wife are not big drinkers or even little drinkers lol. We have a glass of wine every now and then but usually it’s during a holiday. Back to you.
