You mentioned that you have sleep apnea. Do you use your cpap every night? I too have rls and have had since I was young. I am on gabapentin 300mg 3 times a day. I found that once I started using the cpap religiously, I stared to have relief in legs. I also take Trazadone for sleep disorders.
