Hello. So sorry you are having these problems. I have one fracture T8(2024 then khyptoplasty) am in month 9 of my Onero program. My trunk stability was horrible- now it’s great! I have used Deep Blue by Doterra an online essential oils company my MD says is good. It’s very helpful. I also use an Actipatch( fits snug under bra) that really helps! It’s a device that emits electromagnetic waves. My vet had me try one for my dog Sadie for her mild hip dysplasia and foot tendon repair. It helped her a lot-so one day I said-hand it over Sadie-now we each have one. It’s available on Amazon or the product website. About $40. I hope this helps you!
