No l have numerous fractures. The T9 is the one that could not be fixed with kyphoplasty. Causes me a lot of weakness in my core. Brace does not work. I have been an extremely active person in the past and this is very hard to deal with. I have had shots, an ablation and lots of PT. Nothing works.

@mysophiecat986 I fractured my T9 in 2019 and and then my T7 in 2021 I'm always in back pain. I've done PT. I've done shots of lidocaine trigger point shots. I walk every day about 8000 steps. I've tried all kinds of braces. I try ice and heat. I have chronic back pain. I try standing up straight and now trying tai chi online and because I have osteoporosis. I just took an infusion of RECLASTI drink 10+ glasses of water a day because I make kidney stones -I'm on a low oxalate diet and also low salt diet so I won't make more kidney stones. I had an operation and removed a lot of them in 2022 and I have two on each side and hoping they won't get larger because surgery would be very difficult as I cannot lie flat or I will have aspiration problems. I had aspirational pneumonia last July. I took swallowing lessons and do exercises. Every day, I do exercise exercises for swallowing, and I do exercises with bands, sitting, lying and standing.I used to hike and swim and because I had an esophagectomy in 2019 I can't do any of those things. I'm so busy taking care of myself with food. I've become 99% vegan and drinking the correct amount of filtered water. I'm prediabetic and hypoglycemic so I have a lot of things to take into consideration. I'm probably gonna start PT and lifting of weights under supervision because I lost 8% of my bone in 2 1/2 years due to taking omeprazole the highest dose twice a day so that I won't have reflux. I'm on an extremely careful diet. I wake up at four and eat my first meal after drinking 20 ounces of water at 5:30 and then I eat my second meal at 8:30 and my third meal at one and my fourth meal at 4:30 which is my smallest meal of the day so that I won't have a reflux when I go to sleep at 9 o'clock I'm doing the best I can, but there doesn't seem to be any solution for my chronic back pain, ice, and heat help Tylenol if I can't stand the pain and stretching ----if you have anything to tell me, definitely tell me, Naomi Shapiro
