Extreme dry eyes; could it be the Tymlos?

@carolwill3404, I also have dry eyes. They got worse when I had cataract surgery. I only could tolerate a half dose of Tymlos and I'm not sure if it affected my dry eyes. I put a cloth that I warm in the microwave on my eyes every morning to melt any oil. Then I use a thin cotton towel, the old kind we used to use for babies, to wipe the edges of my lids. I am now on an eye drop that actually works! It is called Miebo. If I forget to put it in my eyes, I can tell right away when driving because I can't see as well. It is dangerous for driving and not good for your eyes to have them too dry.

@drsuefowler Thank you. Looks like this is a prescription; I'll ask at my next appointment.
