Way to be Bonny..!! Me too. I've made mixes & freeze them in saran wrap. Luv silicone ice cube trays too. Super easy & can put them where needed. Castor oils history is amazing..!!

I remember about the 50 years ago. My brother had this book by Edgar Casey, the sleeping prophet and now there's an institute in Virginia and he talks about castor oil. So for many years with my knee I've been getting a piece of flannel and soaking it in castor oil then wrapping it around my knee and then wrapping it with Saran and the the pain actually goes away and so does the swelling. But now I see Amazon has caught on to it. They sell castor oil patches. It looks like a big Band-Aid and you just put castor oil in the center and then can put it anywhere on your body. So I am glad that Amazon is finally with it
