Extreme dry eyes; could it be the Tymlos?

I'm not on Tymlos but have had dry eyes for years. One doc suggested putting a warm wet cloth over my eyes every night. This was probably somewhat helpful but the warmth lasted about 2 seconds and the wet was just annoying to deal with getting my hair wet. Plus I just didn't like taking the time for it. But then I found heated eye masks that I can put on when I'm going to sleep. The one I have stays warm for up to 60 minutes, with 3 temp choices. It was only about $30 or so. I don't like a sleep mask but I'm able to fall asleep anyway and then take it off when it's done. It has really helped my dry eyes as well as drinking more water. The warmth is just opening up the blood vessels to encourage circulation. You might need something more but this could be a tool in your box 🙂

@luckypup Thank you. So what eye mask would you suggest?
