Just got my dexa scores. Thought it might be interesting to some of you.
I’m 71, did 3 annual infusions of Reclast, after trying 7 weeks of oral alendronate that bothered my stomach too much. I’m also on tamoxifen 5 mg for 3.5 years. With new guidelines expected from the San Antonio Breast symposium this fall, I may be stopping tamoxifen. Recommendations may change from 5 year to 3 years for early er+ bc. It was suggested I might want to then take raloxifene, not sure what happens with Reclast. See endo in July.
I am now osteopenia only, goodbye osteoporosis!

You can see my numbers from 2022 to present on attached photo. Numbers have jumped around a bit, up/down, but the oncology rheumatologist I see is happy that they are relatively stable.
Look at the column that starts with -2.2 then go straight down the list. The last number on the row is the % of gain or lost, the * means it is significant.
