Hi I have had severe whiplash in the past from motor vehicle accident 30 years ago plus spinal fractures ( not requiring surgery). 3 weeks ago I had a very sore neck ( upper cervical) radiating through to my arm. I had treatment from an osteopath who relived it but also ( did not have my permission ) she performed high velocity neck manipulation ( cracking of the neck) on both sides.. in the days that followed I experienced jaw clenching at night time and then an internal vibration I think stemming from the back of my head. It’s disturbs my sleep terribly and it’s frightening me as it feels like a tremor that no one can see. Has anyone experienced this???

@teddymeow1976 is it your whole back? Right now when i lay in bed after waking up, I have tingling, burning sensation on my back. This started about 6 weeks ago but it is getting better. I had a MRI on both low back and neck. I also have been dealing with a chronic stiff neck in my right side. They suggested a steroid in my low back but I am holding off. I have scoliosis and I feel this current issue was caused by a powered massage pillow I used on my low back, as the symptoms started 2 days later. I’m thinking that she might have irritated a nerve in your neck. You might want to get a CT or MRI on your neck if this continues.
